Andre Herd is the Senior Director of A&R at Artist Partner Group (APG). He started his career as an artist/songwriter before joining APG as an intern. As an intern, he discovered the band ARIZONA, who signed with APG and Atlantic. He later founded the publishing company Unrestricted, where he worked on hit songs like "Stay" by Zedd ft. Alessia Cara and collaborated with artists like XXXTENTACION. In 2018, he began managing singer/songwriter JP Saxe, leading to the Grammy-nominated hit "If The World Was Ending" ft. Julia Michaels. In 2020, he joined APG's alternative/pop division, where he's signed artists like Lexi Jayde and producers like WZRD BLD, while expanding his department.
